The Harry Houdini kind of Magic! From his early childhood, Woody Thomas, founder and president of Magic Special Events, grew up passionately performing magic tricks as a hobby. In his teens he began performing magic shows professionally, and while working his way through college, Woody noticed many of his clients were always looking for more special event ideas. PRESTO!  Woody found an opportunity in the marketplace and invested in his first bounce house, and in 1978 an all American small business success story began with the launch of Magic Industries. Magic Industries would soon become one of the premier companies to offer party rentals, entertainment bookings and event decorating services, proudly serving the public and an expanding list of Fortune 500 companies, schools, and universities for their special event needs.

Today, Magic Special Events provides special event rentals as well as professional special event production services for all occasions. From private life celebrations, to sophisticated galas, to corporate events and company picnics, Magic does it all! What sets us apart is our diverse and expansive special event rental inventory. Our massive 25,000 square foot warehouse and design center is filled with an diverse collection of party rentals, themed props, food service equipment, party linens, tents, games and amusements, audio-visual equipment, event lighting, special effects, and more! Magic’s wide range of event rentals and services span from basic pick-up rentals for a backyard picnic to having one of our event teams provide a fully produced company picnic for thousands!
